  I currently reside in raeford fields I would recommend not moving here this will be our last year moving once our lease is up it is not worth the money compared to all the issues with the home everytime I turn around there is something wrong and the office staff besides faith are all very rude and arrogant they do not care about the fact that these are people's homes. I know there are quite a bit of good reviews but trust me they are the very few and lucky to not have issues!!!

  This place is not a good place some of the office staff is terrible when you go in there they tell you one thing and its another. houses has big water roaches and they need to do something about that because if we didn't live here they wouldn't have a job they need to be more professional and not two-faced liars to the residents
